Following the untimely death of one of its executive employees at age 48, the health care system developed comprehensive solutions to not only keep their executives healthy but other business leaders as well. In 2018, Bon Secours Mercy Health founded Harness Health Partners, leveraging its expertise to create programs and services that help employers keep their employees healthy and well.

Experiences That Improve Employee Utilization
Knowing that an employee health program is only worthwhile if employees actually use it, Harness Health Partners developed each solution to bring services to the employee where they are.
A perfect example of this is its Executive Health Program, which offers all the necessary resources for busy executives under one roof. And with the transition from WorkWell to Harness Health Partners Executive Health, customers can expect a newly renovated spa-modeled space, enhanced offerings and an elevated experience for their C-Suite.
The Harness Executive Health Program is customized to fit the busy schedules of companies’ leaders, who otherwise might not have the time to prioritize regular comprehensive exams. The program offers participants white glove service, where a personal clinical navigator escorts them throughout their half-day concierge health and well-being visit.
While addressing the total health of an individual usually requires a comprehensive physical assessment as well as multiple appointments with specialists at different locations, the Executive Health Program brings every required service to the patient so they can quickly receive all necessary treatment without waiting or traveling. In addition to a comprehensive physical, the Executive Health Program may also include a DEXA scan, calcium score or coronary CTA, stress test, at-home sleep study, digital mammogram or consultations with physical therapists and nutritionists. Lab results are also collected and analyzed in advance of the appointment so that results and recommendations can be discussed with the patient during their visit.
Throughout their experience, participants also have exclusive access to the executive health suite, fully appointed with a relaxing private lounge area, bathroom and shower. Once testing is finished, participants receive a healthy breakfast or lunch along with a personal portfolio providing their complete assessment and individualized health plan.
