Anne provides executive leadership to the Harness Health team powered by Bon Secours Mercy Health. Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, Anne was no stranger to serving others. Her family frequently participated in community programs in underserved areas of the city.

Anne was later led to the College of William Mary where she received her BS in Kinesiology. She was inspired to begin her nursing career while helping to care for a close family member.

Anne chose Bon Secours Memorial School of Nursing for her degree and began working at St. Mary’s in 2008. Moving into a leadership role as Clinical Care Lead and then Nurse Manager, Anne was responsible for the integration, facilitation and coordination of the administrative and clinical activities. Her valuable experience in the clinical setting led her to a position as an Administrative Director, Heart & Vascular where she led the service line in strategic growth and development.

Anne’s experience and success as a leader was noticed by the President of Bon Secours Richmond, and Anne was asked to join her as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Support Services for the Richmond Market where she served for the last four years. Anne serves as Chair of the Bon Secours Alumni Board and the Bon Secours College of Nursing Campaign Committee.

She currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and two children.
