Previously, Stephanie served as an HR Strategic Partner supporting Bon Secours Mercy Health market hospitals in Richmond, Virginia. During her time in the market, Stephanie led recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Health Shortages Areas and led market-wide initiatives that positively impacted workplace culture and reduced turnover.
Before Bon Secours Mercy Health, Stephanie spent time with a managed care organization as the HR leader for employee programs, benefits, compensation, analytics, and HR Systems.
Stephanie received her Bachelor’s from Old Dominion University and her Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
