Imagine how much productivity could be saved if your employees didn’t need to leave work for a doctor’s appointment. Not only does it save your company money, but it shows your employees that you respect their time and genuinely want to make their lives easier so they can stay focused at work. Health centers located on or near your worksite provide flexible, convenient care options for your employees.
According to a 2017 employer survey*, one-third of companies with 5,000+ employees offer general medical clinics at their work sites. Of those, 61% said their organization perceived the clinic as successful in reducing costs and 71% said it was a success in improving health and wellness. Most recently, Harness partnered with a major corporation in the US to launch a health center on their worksite. That company re-cooped the costs of their health center in just 6 months; improved overall employee satisfaction and productivity. Let’s see what we can do for your organization!

-Airstream Manufacturing (Jackson Center, Ohio)
Harness Health Partners recently partnered with Airstream, a recreational vehicle manufacturer, to build an onsite health clinic for their 1,300+ employee factory in Ohio. The Airstream team needed quick and convenient access to health care should an injury or illness occur onsite. Harness created a 3-room, fully staffed clinic that would provide occupational health services and family care to employees. Staffed with a full-time Nurse Practitioner and Certified Medical Assistant, as well as a part-time CMA, access to care become more convenient than ever for the Airstream team. The program became so successful that the clinic opened its doors to the families of Airstream employees, as well, serving as an incredible recruitment and employee incentive opportunity. With injury treatment, drug screenings, hearing tests, and more, right onsite, Airstream saw an immediate reduction in healthcare expenses and lost time.
